Pumice stones are volcanic rocks that form when lava mixes with water, and cools into a hardened, lightweight, porous stone with a roughly textured surface. The abrasive material is great for gently removing dry, excess skin and exfoliation.
The small and large natural pores provide effective removal of thick or dry skin and calluses. Slough away dead skin from cracked feet and dry elbows, allowing your beautiful healthy skin to emerge.
Our Natural Pumice Stone's ideal size and ergonomic shape fit perfectly in the palm of your hand for a comfortable scrub of tough callused and hardened skin, on the foot's heel, ball, and hard-to-reach contours of your feet.
For best results, soak your feet for 5 to 10 minutes in warm water before buffing with a pumice stone, it's recommend to also wet the stone before use. Use gentle circular motions and don’t buff the same area for more than a few minutes at a time.
Rinse the pumice stone with warm water after each use and hang in a dry area to prevent bacteria growth. You can periodically clean it with a bristle brush, warm water and soap, and disinfect in lightly boiling water for five minutes to prevent any bacteria or fungus growth.
